Stonemade LLC is a Texas-registered stone importer that sources directly from our factory in Skhirat, Morocco, and delivers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your door anywhere in the United States. We work exclusively with stone distributors, wholesalers, architects, and interior designers on container-volume projects. There's no showroom, no retail stock, no middleman — our model is factory-direct, container-by-container, with every order manufactured to specification and shipped door-to-door at a single, all-in DDP price.
US distributors and architects specifying our stone most frequently select: Atlas Beige Castle (warm beige limestone, versatile interior/exterior, the most specified product in our catalog), Atlas Grey Castle Aged (cooler grey limestone with an authentically weathered finish, preferred by architects for contemporary facades and luxury bathrooms), Solara Castle (cream-buff limestone, the outdoor and pool deck standard), and Montravel Castle (mid-grey limestone, ideal for high-end commercial lobbies and hotel specifications). All 77 products are available in 29 standard formats from 30×30 to 120×60 cm, with custom cuts available. Every product is CTM-certified to ASTM C97, C170, and C880.
Everything ships by container — a 20-foot container is the minimum order unit, holding approximately 500–700 m² of standard floor/wall tile (60×40 cm, 30mm). We handle the complete logistics chain: production at our Skhirat factory → QC inspection → container loading at Casablanca port → ocean freight → US customs clearance → last-mile delivery DDP to your warehouse or project site. Total timeline: 10–12 weeks from order confirmation to delivery (4–6 weeks production + 3–4 weeks ocean transit + 1 week customs). Payment: 30% deposit at order, 70% against Bill of Lading. For distributors placing repeat orders, we can discuss framework agreements with priority production slots.
Our factory-direct model and Moroccan origin give us a structural cost advantage over European and Egyptian stone importers. Moroccan stone is not subject to Section 301 tariffs or reciprocal tariff actions — pricing is stable and predictable. All Stonemade orders arrive DDP to your door with complete documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and CTM lab test reports. The price quoted is the price you pay — no freight surprises, no customs add-ons.
