Stonemade LLC is the U.S. distribution arm of Stonemade Morocco, operating a 5,000 m² production facility in Skhirat (between Rabat and Casablanca). We cut, finish, and ship Moroccan limestone, marble, and travertine directly to North America — no brokers, no traders. Our clients are wholesalers, distributors, and contractors working on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. All invoicing through Stonemade LLC in USD. Key advantage: Morocco benefits from 0% US import duty on natural stone under the MAFTA free trade agreement (HTS 6802).
77 products across 10 stone families, 13 surface finishes, and 29 tile formats (5×5 cm to 90×120 cm). Standard thicknesses: 1.2 cm, 1.4 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm. Every product available as standard cut (4-week lead time) or custom fabrication (8 weeks). DDP door-to-door delivery to the US in 10–12 weeks. Distributor partners in Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Barcelona, and Australia/NZ hold inventory for faster turnaround.
The Skhirat facility is 30 km from Casablanca port — one of the shortest factory-to-port distances in the stone industry. Stone blocks are sourced from Moroccan quarries (Atlas Mountains, Ifrane, Meknès region). Each block is cut to size, finished to spec, and inspected for surface consistency and color matching before crating. The factory handles both volume orders (full containers, 20+ palettes) and made-to-order runs for custom sizes or finishes.
